Yes, we monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver is automatically notified and their arrival time is adjusted accordingly. You do not need to contact us, and there is no extra charge for flight delays.

Where will the driver meet me at the airport?

For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name on it. You will receive a text message with your driver's name, vehicle details, and contact number shortly before landing. For address pickups, the driver will wait outside your specified location.

How early should I book my airport transfer?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak travel periods. However, we do accept same-day bookings subject to driver availability. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your preferred vehicle type.

Yes, you can add extra stops to your journey. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can calculate the adjusted fare accurately. Additional stops requested during the journey may also be accommodated but could affect the final price.

We monitor all incoming flights in real time using live flight tracking data. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your driver's arrival time. There is no additional charge for flight delays — your driver will be there when you land, no matter how late.

What is the waiting time policy?

For airport pickups, we provide 45 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands. This gives you plenty of time to clear customs and collect your luggage. For pickups from a home or hotel address, we allow 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Modifications to your booking, such as a change of time or destination, are subject to availability and may affect the price.
