Luton Airport recently opened a new direct rail link (DART), but for car pickups, your driver will meet you at the arrivals exit on the ground floor. They will be holding a name board. From there, it is a short walk to the car in the priority pick-up zone. No shuttle buses involved.

What is your waiting time and flight delay policy?
For all airport pickups, you get 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands. We monitor all flights in real time and automatically adjust your pickup time. After the free 60 minutes, waiting time is charged at £15 per hour. Flight delays are always free of charge — your driver will be there when you land, no matter how late.
